Pudding or porridge?

Spice up your morning breakie...


Take the required measure of oatmeal and add the following dry ingredients:
A couples of teaspoons of Caster sugar
Half teaspoon of Cinnamon
Half teaspoon of Nutmeg
A little salt
Dried raisins, apricots, or whatever takes your fancy!


When cooking the spices will float on top initially but will soon be absorbed into the swelling oatmeal.

Easy to prepare before you set-out and very nutritious.

Adjust the quantities to suit your dietary requirements and personal taste.
