Tuna Chow Mein

A quick, easy and very tasty dish which provided a satisfying end to a day's walking in Glen Almond.


Fine egg noodles (two blocks).
195g tin of tuna steaks in olive oil.
100g jar of Safeway Chow Mein Sauce for Noodles.


Drop the block of fine egg noodles to a pan of boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer for three minutes. 
Drain excess liquid. Add the Chow Mein sauce and stir well in.
Chop the tuna into fine pieces and add to the pan. 
Stir in and simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
